ABOUT OUR FACTORY

Inside the plant.
Precision at every stage.

Our factory in Bangladesh brings the entire cable-making process under one roof — from raw copper rod to finished, tested drum. Every stage runs under one quality system, so what leaves our gate performs exactly as specified.

Conductor & stranding

High-conductivity copper rod is drawn and stranded in-house, with compacted conductors built to IEC 60228 Class 1, 2, 5, and 6.

Insulation & sheathing

Triple extrusion lines apply PVC and XLPE insulation and outer sheaths with online diameter and eccentricity control for uniform wall thickness.

Testing & certification

Every production batch passes spark, high-voltage, insulation-resistance, and tensile tests in our on-site laboratory before release.
